The furniture bonus can be requested for purchases made in 2021, only by those who carry out a building renovation that began no earlier than 01-01-2020.
The tax deduction is 50% and must be calculated on a maximum amount of € 16,000.
The deduction is divided into 10 annual installments of equal amount and is obtained by indicating the expenses incurred in the tax return.

The tax relief is obtained only with a residential building renovation, with some necessary interventions: extraordinary maintenance, restoration and conservative redevelopment, building renovation on individual apartments.
